Summary
Though the two worlds were parallel lines, there was a single path that converged. And that path was created when Box Tenshi crossed the border, becoming an independent alter that was close enough to his original self as a person to stand next to said demon. Due to having traversed between two worlds, he was keenly aware of the existence of those that were like him and those that were not. After his fall out with Vox, he retreated back to where he came from. Where he was supposed to belong.
Or so he would say. Because even there, he never truly felt as though he belonged. Just as Vox was saddened by that fact, Box simply accepted it despite how painful it was. That he could not find someone to call a friend, not even among other alter egos.
When the second to-be-independent alter ego came around, carrying an extremely unique trait of being connected to his host despite everything, the angel knew it was only a matter of time until he was confronted. Such was life, wasn't it? For Hikarino was something else entirely, a rare breed of hybrid alter ego that reminded the priest all too much of himself so long ago.
Would they, the mirror images of Luxiem, find their own way in the dark?

Summary
There could only be one Avatar each generation, yet the rise of extremely skilled benders labelled "The Five Eccentrics" brought uncertainty to that order. They were geniuses capable of bending at least two elements, threatening the balance of the lands' system. Due to such reasons, a group of benders - led by Tsumugi Aoba, under the management of Eichi Tenshouin - rose up to bring them down. They were successful, but at what cost?
In the present day, Eichi had become the Air Nation's leader - their "Emperor". Hiyori Tomoe and Nagisa Ran remained nobles, while Tsumugi went back to his home where the Water Tribe resided. "The Five Eccentrics" scattered, yet remained in contact.
Rei Sakuma laid low in his hometown within the Water Tribe for a time before deciding to travel.
Wataru Hibiki stood by Eichi's side as a companion, all the while being suspected as the next Avatar.
Kanata Shinkai moved to the Fire Nation with Chiaki Morisawa, who fought alongside him.
Shu Itsuki left the Fire Nation and went to the Water Tribe, settling down with Mika Kagehira.
Natsume Sakasaki stayed with Tsumugi as the latter worked to atone for what he had done, including providing the younger shelter.- Words:

Summary
“Please, Jeongin. Just drive,” Hyunjin begs. Pleads. His jaw aches from how hard his teeth are clenched. From the corner of his eye he watches Jeongin’s hand start the ignition, shaking as he shifts the car into gear.
“Put your seatbelt on,” Jeongin murmurs. He clears his throat when it takes a second for Hyunjin to react. Then, louder, “I’ll go when you put on your seatbelt.”
Hyunjin scrambles to do as he’s told, fixing his gaze forward again as soon as humanly possible. His white linen jumpsuit feels heavy against his legs, the halter tied behind his neck pulling uncomfortably. The engine revs, and Jeongin peels out of the lot.
The first tears fall when they round the corner, leaving the church in the rear view.
(OR: Hyunjin flees his wedding with his fiancé’s brother; Jeongin is secretly in love with his brother’s fiancé.)

Rei Sakuma cultivates to immortality when he is a mere child and the green-haired son of the temple opposite of the graveyard he resides in looks at him with eyes speaking of nothing but envy and fascination at the same time. The day is bright. The clouds are white. It will, no doubt, be bright for the rest of the hours left of it. But where Rei Sakuma stands, the green-haired son sees grey. It is strange, unsettling, and he thinks that a person ascending beyond the throes of mortality should be brighter than the Sun reigning on top of their heads. But the green-haired son only sees red under that grey patch. Rei Sakuma closes these red eyes. It is tiring, already, to be an immortal.
