There was a tale amongst the couples' friends. Whispers rolling around that spoke of the couple’s love confessions and hardships to reach each other, to grasp their hands and never let go.
There was a tale that Chuuya had five golden rings on his left hand gifted by Dazai, sometimes hidden by his leather gloves but once in a while, at display for everyone else to see.
If one approached them and asked about their love story, they would just tell them to search the news for the couple that faked marriage proposals repeatedly at restaurants.
