Summary
AU where after Jason's death, Tim still becomes Robin. Then gets taken by The Joker, and turned into JJ. This is kept a secret, with most of the world (Including Stephanie Brown) thinking Robin was killed. Stephanie Brown took the mantle and was fired. When she escaped from Black Mask after being tortured a newly returned to Gotham Jason Todd spots her, and seeing her look like she should be dead already... he does the only thing he can think of. Get her to a hidden Lazarus Pit.
Meanwhile, Dick and Cass confront Bruce about two Robins dying and one being mentally broken.

When Jason and Cassandra were working cases independently, they discover that the two were intertwined. Left with either Bruce most likely benching her from the case, or working it with the Red Hood Cassandra would be forced to choose to work with him. Then Cassandra realizes that like Batman believed, Red Hood could be saved. Would she be the one to get through to him? Did she want to? Even murderers could be redeemed, the only question was would Jason want to be?

Summary
Jason Todd, once the heroic Robin, tragically lost his life in an accident at Arkham Asylum. Only to be awoken in his own grave five years later, left to wander the streets in a catatonic state. Later brought back to his full faculties by League of Assassin, Jason spend some time train and lived under them, and later, the All-Caste.
Once he completed his training, Jason returned to a Gotham that was changed for the worse, with new faces joining Batman's crusade. Donning the suit and mantle as the enigmatic vigilante Arkham Knight, Jason set out to seek vengeance against the Joker and to bring true justice for the people of Gotham that Batman and the GCDP cannot. All while hiding himself from the people he once considered family.
But his meeting with a certain Batgirl named Cassandra may cause his plans to go into disarray as Jason and Cassandra find themselves in a predicament regarding their relationship.
Will Arkham Knight complete his goal and changes Gotham for the better? Or will the Bat-family put a stop to his schemes?

His face is pale. Lips curled up in a grotesque smile. Torn up the cheeks, oozing blood that drips onto the cement floor. One hand rips at his dark hair, greasy and limp over manic eyes. The other hangs at his side, limply clinging to a gun. “Ha ha ha-” Half frantic laughter, half distraught sobs that rattle through his chest.
Between them, the Joker’s body. Blood blossoming around his head. Brain matter spattered on the floor. Smiling. Eyes vacantly staring up at the ceiling.
“Hahahahaha-”
Bruce approaches slowly. Like he’s approaching a skittish animal. “Tim,” he says softly, and the boy blinks at him, still laughing, still sobbing. There are tears in his eyes. “Tim, put down the gun.”
