Slowly, he reaches for her hand, testing the waters in the utter quiet of it all. Her eyes widen as their skin presses together, fingers intertwining. “I want to help you,” Lucifer says. “I… I don’t know how. But I want to.”
“You… help me,” she echoes back, her voice a bit hollow.
He nods, squeezing softly. “I think I can.”
Lilith looks at him once more. Her eyes are glazed over, and he can’t discern her emotions. But her voice sounds hopeful. Like she could climb higher, up into the branches. Maybe he could follow.
“I hope you’re right.”

Session 1: ObservationsSubject presents with calm demeanor, affectively regulated, and appears emotionally detached from the double homicide for which he was institutionalized. Expresses no remorse. Claims justification in his actions.
Possible delusional framework rooted in religious symbolism? Uses Biblical references: The Garden. Forbidden fruit.
Patient also stated: “I’m not insane. I’m just remembering.” This raises the question: does the patient believe he is something… older? Perhaps the actual angel Lucifer? Perhaps that’s why he goes by that name…Diagnosis pending. Further observation required. Will schedule second session."Dr. Alastor Boudreaux has been tasked with evaluating and assisting with one of the patients at Ash Wood Psychiatric Facility. The patient? Lucifer Morningstar. His legal name? Redacted on all files. The story of why 'Lucifer' is institutionalized....only used this name. Alastor soon finds that cracking 'Lucifer's' mask is going to be a true challenge. He'll have to dig deep into his past in order get the answers he needs. But with each answer comes more and more questions. And the big question still remains...why?
