Summary
Steel Ball Run race ended two years ago, and Johnny left America for Naples, where Gyro is tied by his executioner duty.
Naples’s government shows interest in Johnny’s horse talent and requests him to represent the kingdom in international competitions, Olympic Games’ project in everyone’s mind. Something Johnny is willing to do. At one condition, having Gyro as his escort when he’s meant to go abroad, so he asked.
To aforesaid government? Yes. To the concerned party? No.
Gyro being angry is an understatement.
