Damian gets bullied, and gets a new sibling. As usual they get the mantle of Robin. Damian doesn't hate Otis, but he starts to grow jealous of him with how much the family prioritizes him. Otis is everything that the family wanted Damian to be, but he never got the chance. Damian never got the choice to be a kid.
