Harry potter acts exactly what he is: an abused and neglected child who is very done to do other thing than being curious around Grimmauld place, what is not that bad if you don't look at the part where he finds out he is a necromancer and casually maybe not, stole a locket.
Again just an idiot teen not learning the lesson of his second year, but is not his fault.
