Summary
“You sir…” the knight, chuckled with a gentle shake of his head, “you are a bundle of mixed signals” he stated, still trying to slow his breathing down.
“What can I say, gotta keep men like you on your toes” Wriothesley chuckled, stealing another kiss, one that lasted much shorter than the first.
“Oh yeah? Men like me huh?” Varka hummed, “what are men like me like?” he smiled, placing closed mouthed kisses to the shorter man’s nose and forehead.
“A pain in my ass”
Or
Wriothesley is a man of simple curiosities. Varka just so happens to fall victim to it.

Summary
A heavy political climate crushes weights on Wriothesley as he tries to find a way to keep the Fortress of Meropide afloat. Neuvillette watches the attempt from afar, seeing just what lengths the man would go to succeed. Both becoming more annoyed and enticed as the days go on, not knowing where it is going, nor where it will end.

Summary
' “Oh yeah? Name one person who genuinely cares, and I mean genuinely cares about me – not because it’s their job or responsibility, but because they actually want to care about my existence – and I’ll be impressed” he retorted, a self-deprecating smile plastered his face while letting out a matching laugh.
Silence filled the air. The only thing to be heard was the patter of rain of the footpath, and the echo of droplets bouncing off of the umbrella that shielded the two from the rainfall.
“I would say… that I care” the Iudex spoke once again, though his voice was barely audible. '

Summary
A Wriothesley x Neuvillette fanfic where emotions are complicated and annoying. One doesn't understand them, and the other can't communicate them.
P.S. This is my first fanfic, no idea what I'm doing- welcome, and enjoy the ride i suppose ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Summary
“So, you… your wallet? You left it?”
“Yeah. Somewhere around here. Couldn’t find it in the kitchen, thought maybe it’d be on my dresser or nightstand.”
“And… how long have you–”
“About ten minutes.”
“Oh.”

Or, Michael Robinavitch forgets his wallet at home after leaving for his sabbatical. He returns home to retrieve it. He doesn't find his wallet, but he does find his intern in his bed, very much not sleeping.

Summary
“Whitaker, what are you playing at?”
“I’m not playing at anything.” He said innocently.
“Yes you fucking are.” Robby hissed, “And it is driving me insane.” He looked around for a second, checking if anyone was nearby before he charged at him again, “I am your attending. Do you want to fuck up your career before it even starts?”
“Only if we get caught.” He shrugged.Dennis Whitaker always liked a challenge.
The harder, the better.
Half of the fun was in the chase anyway, and he had chosen his next prey: Dr. Michael Robinavitch, Chief Attending Physician at the Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center.
It was not a question of 'if' but of 'when'.

Summary
Several months into playing house, Amy finally makes clear what she wants from Dennis. His reaction to her desire—or lack thereof—sends him spiraling about his failure to be the man she needs. Naturally, Dennis does what anyone would do in that situation: holes up in his boss’ bachelor pad, calls said boss on sabbatical, and speed-runs a sexuality crisis over the phone.
Oh, and he also has life-changing phone sex with his boss while he’s outside a roadside bar in Fargo, North Dakota. It’s an eventful evening, to say the least.
Or: A thesis on Dennis Whitaker, masculinity, and compulsory heterosexuality.
