Summary
Hashirama has always tried to keep his desire for Tobirama under control, but years of pent up desire wear away at his resolve. With how much his brother trusts him, it's easy to slip something into his tea, keeping him deeply asleep when Hashirama sneaks into his room to relieve his lust.
Tobirama is understandably suspicious when he wakes up sore the next morning and investigates. He should be furious when he realizes what happened. Anyone else would be in his place, but he's loved Hashirama for years. It's not how he would have preferred their relationship to start, but knowing Hashirama is taking him in his sleep is somehow strangely arousing...

Squeezing, squeezing, squeezing, he’s trying to shout – for help, to insult the bloodline thieves, for the sake of his pain, he doesn’t know anymore – but no noise escapes his mouth.

He was going to wordlessly hand the paper to the white haired man to sign and then hurriedly leave before one of them could say or do anything to irk the other’s temper.
Though as soon as Madara looked up from the yet unsigned form in his hand and saw the Senju, his hand paused mid-movement.
“You're sick.”
Tobirama’s flushed face looked strained and had a light sheen of sweat. He was wrapped in an oversized, worn haori that he likely had snatched from Hashirama when the latter had been distracted.
At least judging by the size and unflattering colour choice. Vomit green and pale yellow. Really?
(Or: Overworked Tobirama is sick and unfortunately Madara gets roped into taking care of him by Izuna. Only to then realize that he may have

“An arranged marriage? Surely you jest. The Uchiha do not practice such conventions. Try something else.”
“You can choose who you marry. It won’t be arranged. I will personally guarantee that you get enough time to meet every eligible Senju woman, and you may marry any of them.”
Madara considered. His dark eyes watching Tobirama. “That is acceptable.”

Madara always assumed his soulmate would be another Uchiha. And then, in one split second on the battlefield, he locked eyes with Hashirama’s pain-in-the-ass younger brother and suddenly realized the markings on the Senju Ghost’s face weren’t actually gray like he’d always thought.

Which is lucky because, as it turns out, there are plenty of other adversaries making moves in Fire Country - both the clans will need to make new friends to survive.
Madara would have been content if his new husband tolerated him and helped his clan stay safe. He doesn't quite know what to do with the fact that his husband doesn't stop there.

Tobirama would like to have his mother back, like, yesterday.

Summary
There was little else to do but follow and so Madara did. He watched the spinning and the unnatural leg movements on the way there. How could anyone be that flexible? And strong, if the way he lifted himself from the ground meant anything. Madara hated to admit it but he was transfixed. He was so absorbed in watching this stranger’s movements that it took him way too long to realize it wasn’t a stranger at all. When the guy twisted in such a way that his head fell back and his eyes met Madara’s, Madara could cackle in glee. Who would’ve thought he’d ever see Tobirama do something like this. He turned to Mr. Yazuki. “Is that offer for a room still open?” When the man laughed and said he’d take care of it, Madara suddenly hated this mission a lot less.
Tobirama was on a mission as an exotic dancer when Madara came across him. It stops being amusing when they realize their missions were more connected than they thought.
