Well this is great, one moment I'm struggling through a 'normal' life, next I'm hundreds of miles away in future china, in a restaurant and there's a pig man yelling at me.
And what's with that weird jade monkey statue?
Hold on! Magic, demons, and gods ate real?
And so is Wukong? Wait that's the monkey guy from 'Journey to the West' right?
Follow Rae, a 30 year old woman from our world and her adventures in the LEGO Monkie Kid world. She'll find friends, family and love (eventually). As well as an unexpected connection she never knew she had.
It'll be slow, messy and emotional so buckle in!
This will be the origin story and first in the series so be patient, it's a slow burn.
