    I have this thing where I get older but just never wiser summary:

    Eddie was tired. He was also furious.

    His desire to collapse into bed was wavering only slightly, temporarily overshadowed by an intense desire to beat his boyfriend’s ass and hope it would knock some sense into him.

    He knew better though. Both in the sense that he needed to calm down, and because he knew the chances of permanently knocking sense into that man were slim to none. Their romantic relationship and dom/sub dynamic may have been relatively new, but they had been best friends for 6 years. Eddie knew him well.

    It wouldn’t stop him from trying though.

    Eddie and Buck have been in an established DD dynamic for 3 months. Buck decides to grab a bicycle and become a human traffic cone to stop a drunk driver. Eddie responds accordingly.
