That’s why I wanted to give it to you,” Chifuyu interrupts him softly, mumbling the words into his ear with a smile that can be heard in each syllable. “Merry Christmas, Kazutora.”

Summary
Again, Kazutora’s initial reaction is surprise, but soon after, he leans in a little closer, allowing the gentle touch of their lips.
It still feels a little unreal, like a fleeting daydream and he never really knows what’s going through Kazutora’s mind, but he can tell that his caution isn’t a sign of disapproval. It’s uncertainty. Like trying to speak a new language you aren’t familiar with.
It’s a saddening thought and if he gave it too much room, his heart would bleed and shatter, so he rather focuses on the here and now. Focuses on the way Kazutora’s face lightens up, on the small smile that pulls at his lips and that he never would have shown him in the past so openly.

It catches Till off guard. Makes his heart clench, before it starts to race and for a second he feels vulnerable, and small, his song idiotic and unworthy and not enough, but he’s tired of being a coward. Swore himself to stop running away; especially when it’s about Ivan…

"And a tip." He threw the bill into the tip jar on the counter. He also dramatically pulled out a piece of paper from his wallet and after a while threw it into the jar. "With my phone number." He added, smiling.
Chifuyu hoped he wasn't blushing with anger or embarrassment. He didn't know what irritated him more. A cheap trick for a phone number or the fact that after splitting the tip he could at most buy himself a gum.
A phone number isn't a tip, idiot, he wanted to tell him so much, but he bit his tongue. Instead, he took a piece of paper with a number from the jar and, looking coldly into Ryusei's eyes, tore the piece of paper into several pieces.
"We divide the tip among all employees." He said in an indifferent voice.
Ryusei looked at him with a raised eyebrow, then laughed loudly."Now I have another excuse to come here more often. You have to get my number in full." He winked at him.

When Ryusei looks at him, it’s as if either answer would break him.

"Asshole!" He shoves at him again.
"Heh sorry, you wasted your chance. Unless," he muses, chewing on the end a bit.
"'Unless' what? Tell me before I play kick the can at your fucking head for that," Chifuyu bends back down for his drink, hoping it'll calm his nerves."Ever heard of shotgunning?"
