Summary
What if the chains we wear are not forged by the hands that bind us, but by the heart that dares to hope?
Sunghoon had once believed in something—loyalty, honor, the warmth of a promise kept. Now, he stood on a blood-soaked battlefield, the weight of his choices heavier than the blade in his hands. The war had never been his to fight, yet it had devoured him all the same. His body broken. His soul frayed. His hands stained with the lives he could not save.
And then—death.
But fate was not done breaking him.
He woke again, gasping, the scent of iron still thick in his lungs. The same sky. The same sun. The same war, waiting to claim him once more.
This time, he would not kneel.
This time, he would shatter the chains.
Or—Sunghoon is sent back to the past, cursed to walk the same path, armed with the memories of a war that has not yet begun.

Summary
Instead of being happy on his 23rd birthday, Sunghoon felt hopeless.
“Hyung… can you do me a favor?” Sunghoon asked, now looking straight at Heeseung.
“What is it?” Heeseung gulped.
“In five years, if I still haven’t met the one, can you take care of me for the rest of your life? and I’ll do the same.” Heeseung choked on his own breath when he heard what Sunghoon just said. He thought the younger wasn’t serious, but seeing Sunghoon’s face. He was dead serious.
(an au where heehoon knew each other their whole lives, but one is a coward in love, the other is a loser in love.)

Summary
Backlit by the blazing embers, Solon – no, Sunghoon, looks like he’s simmering at the seams. He smells like lightning, like static on a rainy day. He smells like the burning manor they had left behind, that very first time that Jongseong had extended his hand and said, “Let’s stick together, Sunghoon-ah.”
His stomach churns now as it did back then, except now there’s a familiar anger and trepidation warring with a longing so fierce and sudden that Jongseong can’t think of anything else.
But then the hunter tilts his head to the right, blinking slowly - a gesture so achingly familiar it has him almost collapsing to his knees.
“Do I know you?” Sunghoon asks curiously and the candlelight in Jongseong’s chest hisses out.
When rogue attacks tear through the Lee family's defenses, they are forced to make a desperate choice: an alliance with the Hwayeon Order, the Hunter Association's most elite, and most dangerous unit.
The price? Lee Heeseung, general of the family’s military unit, to be delivered into enemy hands as a liaison.

“No.”
“Agent Jung, please listen to reason. This is a-”
“No,” Wooyoung clenches both hands into tight fists, “I’m not working with-”
“Is it because I'm just a beta?”
The voice that interrupts his impending tirade startles Wooyoung, making him turn his gaze towards the police officer standing behind him, who just spoke out of turn, sounding more innocently curious than offended by Wooyoung's firm refusal to work with him.
Oh, Wooyoung hates him already.
