"Nein, I've never seen anyone lift something like that before! How did you do it?" Klavier asked, trying to tone down his palpable eagerness in favour of a more professional curiousity. "Or are you really just that strong?" he added, leaning in.

When Apollo is left painfully single for the most romantic holiday of the year, Athena takes it upon herself to get her co-worker a hot date. With Juniper’s help, she picks out a guy who seems perfect for Apollo— tall, a bit cocky but kind, and working in the legal profession.
Klavier, contrary to popular belief, doesn’t take up the offers of countless men and women for a Valentine’s dinner. Instead, he prefers to treat it as any other day.
Somehow, this results in Apollo and Klavier on what looks like a double date, but not with each other.

Summary
Klavier has finally put everything with Kristoph behind him. All of it was wrapped up neatly in that trial; now, he can move on with his life, and pursue the truth and justice with clear eyes.
Except his mind—or rather, his dreams—are stuck in the past! Visions of past mistakes, and of Kristoph himself, haunt him in his sleep. If he knew a way to stop the dreams, he would, but it seems that all he can do is bear them.
But then he runs into Apollo, and his newfound friend makes a suggestion to find one last moment of closure. Klavier isn't happy about it, but maybe he’s right; maybe there’s still something to the Gavin brothers that is yet to he resolved…

“Don’t touch those!” The sharp emotion in his voice was startling, but Apollo couldn’t quite place what it was. Klavier sounded scared, almost, but why would he be scared? “How many of those have you eaten?!”
“I don’t know, like… five?” Ema shrugged. “What does it matter? You’ve never complained about me eating your snacks before.”
“Because you don’t know where those have come from, Fraulëin! Do you eat every piece of food you see lying around?!”
“But it wasn’t lying around! It was on your stupid speaker-desk-thing! There was literally a note from your secretary on it!”
“That’s not the point! Anyone could have written that note! For all you know, they could be–.... They could’ve been–....”
And then it hit him.
Klavier thought the chocolates were poisoned.
Following the conclusion of the Misham trial, Apollo and Klavier grow paranoid that Kristoph is trying to kill them. Or: on bonding through shared trauma.

“If you’re interested, the shade is 644 Sydney,” Klavier told him, probably just to make conversation. Apollo didn’t tell him that he’d known it was between 644 Sydney and 720 Icone. He didn’t tell him that he’d been driven to the brink of insanity and made the awful mistake of researching Dior the first time he’d seen the case in Klavier’s hand. He didn’t tell him that at this point it was an obsession, and treating every new shade like an investigation was the only way for him to keep his head on straight.
In fact, he didn’t tell him anything at all.
So Klavier kept wearing lipstick and Apollo kept thinking about it. He’d scroll through the catalogue of products and organize them by color and finish while his mind wandered to what they felt like. Would Klavier’s lips feel different against his own with a velvet finish versus a satiny one? Would they feel all that different bare? Which kind of lipstick would stain his skin the most as Klavier kissed his neck? How many kisses would it take to ruin the most long-lasting, kind?
He closed his laptop. This had to stop."
Or, Klavier gets into the habit of wearing lipstick every day and Apollo is really normal about it
