Summary
Bridging Divides is a Anthrostate story that follows Anon, a human freshman navigating life in an anthro-dominated college. Due to societal shifts after a war and human marginalization, Anon is reluctantly placed in the Inter-Species Integration Program, an initiative designed to foster coexistence between humans and anthros. From the moment he arrives, Anon is overwhelmed by fear, culture shock, and ingrained prejudice—mostly inherited from his mother and upbringing in a conservative, anthro-wary community.
He is assigned to room with Luna Hayes, a confident, charismatic, and often intimidating snow leopard anthro. Luna challenges Anon’s perceptions with her teasing, sharp wit, and unpredictable behavior, blending genuine curiosity with playful menace. Despite their vast differences—and Anon's palpable anxiety—a bond begins to form, shaped by mutual curiosity and cautious trust.
As Anon navigates classes, social settings (including a chaotic party), and intense encounters with both allies and predators, the story steadily explores the themes of prejudice, vulnerability, cultural misunderstanding, and slow-burn trust.

Summary
