After the climate collapse, insects became the dominant species on the planet, developing intelligence due to rapid generational turnover and explosive population growth. Humans were forced to retreat into underground tunnels, old metro systems, and sewer networks. Insects reproduced so rapidly that many animal species gradually disappeared. This became a critical problem, as insects feed on mammals.

Giovanni is, as always, focused on the unsanctioned bioweapon haunting the Deads and even the Spires above it. Despite his insistence that this "mutant abomination" will destroy everything you've ever loved, the Spider Man's kill count only seems to include the major gangs of New York's underbelly, the Fisks, the Singularity, the Numen, and any other criminal scum. Peter Parker, a recluse selling video footage of the Spider Man's kills to Giovanni in order to afford his nutri-pellets and support his aunt May, is oblivious to the fact that she knows more than she's letting on.

Summary
This is the combination of notes and plans for some continued campeigns in my ttrpg world. Campeign 1 was the story of events that transpired and caused Sundeath. But these are the stories of how the world moves on from the cataclysm and the repurcussions therein.
Campeign 2 is a discussion of the effects of sundeath and the fall out of it. many died in the event and the city is reeling from it as well as the upsetting of their way of life now the ocean has become inhospitable. A beastly plage has broken out in the city and the party is tasked to partake in nightly hunts to keep it in check. Gradually they discover the truth of the plague as well as the systems and people at play and are forced to decide the future.
Campeign 3 is the longer term fall out. the beast plague has been resolved but now the city is facing iminant starvation. the resources of the oceans have finally run through the stock piles built up in the wake of sun death and the city needs to seek other ways of subsistance. This pressure and the disapearance of the nomadic merchant vilage pushes them to set off into the abyssal woods on a reconasance and rescue mission. But the woods have other intents and do not trust so easily.Series
