All the shinobi she'd failed on her last mission would be her reminder, her motivation, that she had to persevere and become better. She couldn't allow such failure ever again. Sasuke, Naruto, even Kakashi-sensei… they'd left because she wasn't strong enough to hold them together. They didn't see the potential in her, but that didn't matter. She'd prove them all wrong. She'd show them all.
