Summary
He swallowed hard, feeling his tongue stick to the roof of his mouth as he went over the previous day’s events. He’d lost his powers to a wizard, as weird and strange as it had seemed, as impossible as it had felt. He still had the bruises on his hip from where he’d dropped clean out of the sky, landing hard on his butt as he’d landed on the ice. Bruce, Batman had rushed up to him, covering him with a smoke bomb, and then, then he didn’t remember. His memory cleared right off, leaving him once again floundering with more questions than he had answers.
The biggest ones? Why was he in bed with the Prince of Gotham? How, why, and when had he decided that doing it with Batman had seemed like the most logical idea to choose? And finally, why wasn’t he booking out of the room, clothes or not, and flying back to his apartment so he could bury himself under his blankets for the next month?

Summary
Bruce is late into the sixth month of his accidental pregnancy with Clark’s pup. Having gone most of his Omega years believing himself to be infertile, he and Clark were never careful when they shared their respective heats and ruts together. But something had shifted in Bruce’s biology, be it fate or Clark’s own alien biology, whatever it was, Bruce was now pregnant, and he wasn’t enjoying it.
He loved being pregnant with Clark’s pup, but he longed to not wake up in pain. Humans were never designed to carry Kryptonians, and Bruce was learning that first-hand. Between his morning sickness, his spasming back, his mood shifts, Clark’s new overprotective nature and the heavy pup, Bruce was miserable. The months of pain and suffering had been weighing heavily on him, and one bad day caused it all to come crashing down.

Summary
Clark heard it just as he stepped out the front entrance of The Daily Planet’s building. The sun had already set, a chilly autumn breeze dragging through his coat. It had been a late evening for him, catching up on drafts for his next few articles before some other emergency stole his attention from his work.
“Kal-el.”
He straightened, perking towards Gotham. Something cold gripped his heart as he listened for that familiar heartbeat. The voice was unmistakable; low, rough, and steady, one that grounded Clark almost as quick as Ma’s. In battle, hearing it usually meant there was a plan, that Clark could worry a little less about details; because the man he trusted the most – with his life and the lives of his family – had it under control. It soothed Clark when he faltered, bolstered him when his strength wavered, and steadied him when he teetered on the edge of sensory madness.
And that voice sounded afraid.
Clark was suited up and hurtling through the air towards Gotham before Bruce whispered again.
“Kal–” came his quiet gasp. “I’m sorry.”

“Wait you’ve never been on a skyship?” Jayce asked, mouth slightly ajar.
Viktor rested his work on his desk and turned his head to Jayce.
“Never needed to. Nor did I have the opportunity.” The Zaunite shrugged.
“But…you’ve never wanted to?” Jayce asked. He may not have liked them, but to hear Viktor had not even had the opportunity made him feel like some sort of injustice had been committed.
“I wouldn’t say that. I’m very interested in going on one, but I doubt that will happen any time soon.” Viktor turned back to his work. “Besides, I climbed out of the undercity, I consider Piltover to be high enough for me.” He finished with a chuckle.
