Summary
The Miraculous of the Black Cat was said to hold great power, abilities far beyond the Destruction it granted; and for that reason it had been sought after for centuries, an artifact that people are still seeking to this very day. Nathalie Sancoeur was not one of these people, yet the ring of Destruction ended up on her desk.
She already has plenty of responsibility in her life, from helping run her boss' company to raising his son, and she had no plans on expanding that list. Unfortunately the kwami of the ring seemed to only have two goals in mind: eating cheese, and keeping the ring on her finger. But as long as Plagg is by her side, there will be others after her for the Miraculous.

Summary
After accidentally saving Chat Noir mid-battle while wearing the Fox Miraculous, Marinette’s identity was obvious to Chat Noir. In no time at all, he started to pester Ladybug until she agreed to let Marinette be a holder again.
Finally, Ladybug relented: on the condition that Marinette work with Chat Noir to test out the limits of the other Miraculous in secret and see what they can come up with together.
Ladybug had gone over every possibility in detail. There was no way anything could go wrong.

Summary
Mayor Gabriel Agreste has quickly taken up allyship with Paris’s newest quasi-hero, Hawk Moth. To the standard citizen, this looks like a good decision—after all, who else will fight against the tyranny of the Guardian, a mysterious figure who threatens the whole world with unspeakable power?
Marinette Dupain-Cheng would be happy to believe this, same as any other citizen of Paris. But when she’s presented with magical earrings and an alternative viewpoint to who’s the good guy and who’s the bad guy, she gets caught in the middle. Unwilling to let the Miraculous fall into the wrong hands and unable to tell whose hands are wrong, she finds herself deemed a vigilante as she navigates between the status quo and the path of righteousness, between her greatest political enemy’s son and her mysterious partner.
