The thing is, the gods are not so kind. It is not often they gift mortals with their favour but when they do there is always a drawback, something to keep the balance. To remind the mortals of their place despite their power.
For Tommy, it is pain.
The pain of the person he heals, specifically. When he was born, he did not come into the world screaming and cold and confused. He came into the world wailing with pain, a power in his veins he could not control – that saved his mothers life, but it left him with a terrible ache through his body for the rest of his days.

Summary
T0mmy had vowed to himself that if he could ever help Tubbo with anything the older was dealing with—hybrid-related or otherwise—he would do anything he could to help. It was him and Tvbbo against the world after all.
T0mmy didn't know what to expect from Tvbbo's hybrid transition, but he was sure that it wasn't him waking up to his best friend humping his leg like a bitch in heat.

Tvbbo was going through a lot, struggling to carry the weight of being a spy and Sch14tt's right-hand man. The least T0mmy could do was help when Tvbbo's hybrid traits started manifesting, even if it meant helping with some of his friend's more questionable needs.
