Ian siempre había querido un compañero Pokémon, ya que últimamente se había sentido solo, ya que no tenía ningún hermano o hermana y solo tenía un único y buen amigo, eran casi unidos pero aún así no era suficiente para Ian, seguía sintiendo una sensación de soledad cuando no podían estar siempre juntos.
Bueno, lo de "Siempre había querido" quizá fue una exageración, antes de cumplir los 14 años, a Ian nunca le llamaron demasiado la atención los Pokemones; hasta entonces, su único pasatiempo eran los videojuegos, generalmente solo jugaba juegos de un solo jugador y juegos que no requerían conexón a internet. De vez en cuando jugaba un juego Free-To-Play Online de disparos, mejor conocido como "Warzone" en fin.
Fue hasta que un buen amigo que conoció le mostró el suyo que extrañamente el deseo de tener un Pokémon empezó a nacer dentro de él y pues… se lo dijo a sus padres y el resultado lo sabrás cuando comiences a leer éste Fanfic.
