Summary
Instead of being jokingly called "Fearless Leader", his brothers had taken to calling him "Mama" after he takes on being the Leader because of the way he always nags his brothers to about safety.
What if a simple joke makes him he acts more like a parental figure. Makes him not caring if his leadership was questioned.
This resulted in a different shift in the family dynamic.

TOP FREAKING TIER I FREAKING CRIED ON THE INSIDE SO FREAKING HARD
Tommy is a prince of a kingdom but he is taken by the Empire (SBI+Kristin) and thinks he is essentially dead. Tommy doesn't know what love is and the whole story is supposed to be in the perspective of an unreliable narrator and we are supposed to get this early on. Tommy doesn't understand the people around him because he doesn't know anyone but Dream's manipulative ways.
The worldbuilding is also AMAZING -
