(Or in the Arna siblings’ case, until the only person closest to Belle starts shedding pounds of weight without her finding out and she’s greeted with a lifeless body in the arms of leather gloves and new jaded eyes filled with tears of stone. But we’ll get to that in a moment.)
Or, Wise has been running all his life for his sister. In the end, all it takes to heal his world of hurt is the sister he’s always protected— and a green-haired man with whiskey for eyes.

Summary
Belle and Wise Arna are normal citizens of New Eridu on the surface. They are both fennec fox thiren who run a movie tape retail service on Sixth Street. Nothing odd on the surface. But that is far from the truth.
They’re investigators, well technical one of them is while the other hides a much more deeper secret that only a few know about. He’s not completely a thiren anymore, not since childhood. Not since he and his sister were raised in a lab by people obsessed with curing the world, getting rid of Hollows. He was compatible and his sister was not. He gained another form, something akin to an Ethereal but not quite.
Now, Wise is a Abyssal Striker (another version of a Void Hunter), a title given to him by the Overlord of the Outer Ring. And both he and his sister are searching for the “Truth”. Let's see what lies in their journey, shall we?
(I saw that Void Hunter are a title only given by the Mayor of New Eridu and seemed to be a tradition of only having Seven of them, wondered why can’t other areas have something similar. Thus the title of Abyssal Striker was created.)
