Summary
Tim stayed on that roof a little longer, sitting with his legs over the edge. Even in the dead of night, the city was glowing below him. The city always felt so expansive, so still from up high and in a rare moment his mind stilled.
It wasn't sure how long he sat there quietly, not quite thinking of anything. Just being still and quiet and watching, tracing the roads and reminding himself that each of those glowing lights out there was someone.
It was about when the sky finally lightened from dark blue to pale blue did Robin finally shake him from the spell Gotham had him under and pushed a hand against his knee as he got up and began swinging back to his boat.

Tim cleared his throat. "Yes, Lips..” He paused. Furrowing his brow, “..they must use in prayer?’ And immediately shut up. His body going completely still while the words spun around his head, the recognition starting to sink in.
‘Then move not..’ Bernard kept going. Quick to follow with the scene with no apparent worry for the rest of it.

Summary
Nightwing scrabbled, very gracefully mind you, so that he was crouched with both escrima sticks pointed at a lump.
With only the yellow light of a street lamp at his back he couldn’t make out much.
Maybe it was an opossum.
Oh no. He was going to need rabies shots. He should’ve stolen Robin for patrol tonight, for old times sake, not because the rabid child spoke rabid animal and could save him from his impending doom.
He replaced one of the sticks and upped the night-vision filter on his domino so he could better see the black blob topped with white downright cowering in the corner.
He wanted to turn the filter back down. Because he didn’t want to see this, this toddler with hair so blonde he swears it could be white when not matted and dirty and clumped together with blood.
Or: de-aged Danny in Gotham fic! Get ready for found family feels and bad puns, not necessarily in that order!

Danny crash lands in Omegaverse DCU Gotham, except regular halfa Danny has no idea what this whole secondary gender thing is. What do you mean he's a pup? Why do people keep trying to smell him?? Danny literally has no idea what's going on but the next person to try and smell him is getting bit.
