There is a girl in Crime Alley. She has blue-streaked black hair and blue eyes and a penchant for vigilantism. Jason fights alongside her after she literally crashes into the warehouse where he was about to bust an arms deal and disappears after the fight. She says she doesn’t need help, but Jason keeps an eye out in case she does.
There is a boy in Amity Park. He has black hair and blue eyes and the weight of two worlds on his shoulders. Valerie notices him struggling from the burdens he’s facing, the straining relationship with his parents and the growing tension brewing in Amity Park, that he’s bound to break under the pressure. He needs help, but he might not get it until it’s too late.
Until the tension snaps and all three collide together—and find themselves on the radar of a family of bats.

Summary
Jack and Maddie Fenton have tried and failed to exorcise the powerful spirit inhabiting the body of their son. To make matters worse, he doesn't even believe he's possessed, and no amount of evidence can persuade him to accept reality. So, they do what any good parent would- they do their best to keep him safe and comfortable while they continue their search for a cure.
If that means keeping him locked down under 24-hour surveillance in an ecto-containment unit while they do that, then... well, it doesn't feel great, but he's their baby boy. And what else can they do?
Until they maybe, kind of, -accidentally- end up in maximum security prison for crimes against metahumanity, and then someone else has to take care of their son without them.
The good news is that the Justice League has a specialist.
The bad news is that Danny can't be cured.

Danny Fenton finds himself in Gotham almost yearly for one of the biggest Ghost Conventions in the US. His parents make him and Jazz attend for "family bonding" that never happens. So in his adventures into the city, he finds a friend in a Crime Alley kid turned billionaire's son, Jason Todd.
After being given the title Ghost King, Danny's already terrible luck somehow plummets to abysmal boarding on catastrophic. He now finds himself in less than ideal situations when he visits the gloomy city. Namely, dying repeatedly in front of Gotham's flock of vigilantes traumatizing and making them think they must be going crazy because how is he ordering coffee the next day after being mauled by Killer Croc???
The bats tear their hair out trying to find the logic in why they're being haunted by the repeated death of Jason's childhood friend. Jason laughs in their face, but only after he knows exactly what's going on. Danny also starts to find amusement in their reactions when he pops up out of nowhere like nothing happened and having no clue what they're talking about. What do you mean you saw Bane snap him like a toothpick and bury him in rubble?
