Summary
Olivia felt a little out of place.
The cringey pop music playing softly in the background, overlaid with talking voices and laughter felt like white noise to her own thoughts. She watched Fin and Phoebe from afar, how they were pressed against each other and laughing while conversing with colleagues. Her face glowed, and his eyes shimmered with emotion she hadn’t seen in his face for months.
That is, until someone unexpected joins the party.
