Mickey begins the tough healing process of processing his plentiful amount of childhood trauma. After a particularly embarrassing incident, Mickey finally agrees to go to therapy. Much to his discernment, he is forced to lean towards alternative methods of healing. His bitchy annoying therapist calls it "age regression" or "inner child healing". Mickey thinks it's fucking stupid. Ian is on board with anything to help the man he loves dearest heal, so he happily agrees to become Mickey's "caregiver" with the support of Mickey's therapist.
