The crease between Yue Qingyuan's eyebrows smoothed. “Alright, Shidi. I will trust you to do so.” He seemed to make a move to step out of Shen Qingqiu’s space, but paused for a moment more, lingering.
On a whim, without really knowing why, Shen Qingqiu stepped forward to rub his cheek warmly against his Sect Leaders. The movement left a streak of sunshine that radiated down his entire body. That strange feeling in his chest rose again. Shen Qingqiu stepped back himself, daring to look at his Shixiong’s face for his reaction.
Yue Qingyuan looked stunned; body frozen, mouth just slightly open, eyes wide. Then, warmth seeped into his every feature. The corners of his mouth curled up into a smile less subtle than any other he'd had ever seen from him. Minute wrinkles crinkled around his eyes. Ah, his aura really is too bright. Airplane, how could you make him so obvious????

Armand has notes for Daniel's documentary on Lestat. He sends him unhinged emails about it. Armand breaks into other people's minds so he can stalk Daniel more efficiently. (I'm trying to channel the pure insanity of Devil's Minion, but also tie in the current season. There will be one chapter per Vampire Lestat episode).
“I drank that disgusting drink so you could taste it,” and he holds out his still-bleeding fingertip. Smiles: small, tentative. “Please?”
Daniel’s crossed the room, and he’s cracked down to his knees which Armand wasn’t expecting (Armand almost calls out: “your knees!” forgetting Dan’s bones are no longer human bones), and he has Armand’s finger in his mouth and he’s sucking. Armand gasps in, horks in the air. Staggers back so he’s got his other hand bracing on the counter.
“How do I- taste?” Armand hisses.
Daniel guides Armand’s knuckle deeper, then pops it out. “Vermouth. No annihilation.”

Armand had forgiven Louis for all the terrible things he’d said to him. He even forgave him for attempting to abandon him. And although things were better, what with Louis now dependent on him, Armand couldn’t get the fascinating boy out of his mind.
OR: Desperate, whiny-pathetic, disaster-bisexual Daniel Molloy is Armand’s catnip. My take on what happened between 1973-1985 (Devil’s Minion era), but the TV universe version.

Judging by the number of retweets/reblogs on this post and others like it, fannish opinion seems to be “not very”. But honestly? It’s not that far-fetched.
