“Never,” Abbacchio stated without pause. “And I still don't have anything to wear,” he added.
Bucciarati smiled and leaned in a bit closer.
“I’m sure you’ll find something,” he whispered with a soft smile on his lips.

Giovanna had presented at the age of 16. He was experiencing his first ever heat. And, apparently, it was not going well.
Abbacchio almost sort of felt sorry for the kid. Heats were never easy, and the first one was almost always one of the worst. Not to mention, only Giovanna could manage presenting during a record breaking heat wave. The kid had some of the most awful luck that Abbacchio had ever witnessed. Nonetheless, it was none of his business. He had been staying far away from the others, making it clear that he would not be involved in this mess.
Just because Abbacchio was an omega, the only one in their little rag-tag pack until now, did not mean that he had any sort of obligation to help Giovanna in any way, other than being his very reluctant underling.

Alternatively, Abbacchio is tasked with babysitting Giorno while he goes through his first heat, and Bruabba yearns for each other.

It wasn’t, Dazai contemplated as he ran, slipping through alleys and back doors, that Dazai was against this. His feelings on the matter were decidedly complicated-- on the one hand, the idea of being forcibly mated by any alpha was repulsive. But on the other, it was Chuuya. For all intents and purposes, Chuuya was Dazai’s alpha, or at least he was when Dazai was still in the Mafia. He scented Dazai every day, he stood up to any alpha who’d given Dazai an odd glance, he’d helped Dazai through his first heat and every one after. A mating bite on Dazai’s neck was more of a formality, at this point, though it had been years since Chuuya first threatened to put it there.
