Summary
Post ACOFAS; ACOSF Divergence. After the War with the King of Hybern, Tamlin is deteriorating and his court is in shambles. When two children come to him and beg for sanctuary, Tamlin temporarily finds the strength to begin anew. But mental health is complicated, and trauma is a tricky thing to manage. As Tamlin rebuilds his court and finds a family of his own, he uncovers secrets about himself, his heritage, and the origin of his shapeshifting. But there are new dangers, new magics, and new enemies on the horizon. And if Tamlin cannot find the strength to both heal from his trauma and accept himself for what he is, then his court‒and all of Prythian‒will be doomed.
Aka: A healing and redemption arc for Tamlin where he's still held accountable for being a bad person and where I rescue all the good characters from the Inner Circle. Because I can’t hate some characters (Tamlin, Nesta, etc.) when they’re ALL horrible. That’s just hypocritical.

Summary
Feyre dies in childbirth in ACOSF and travels back in time, winding up in her ACOTAR body just as she was resurrected by the High Lords. While this does give her the opportunity to change her fate, her own realizations about Rhysand and the Inner Circle force her to forge her own path. When a devastating reveal occurs, Feyre summons her own courage and inner strength to do three things: escape, protect her sisters, and get revenge.
