Summary
Kusuo couldn't do it.
He'd failed.
The most powerful being in the world, someone who could do practically anything, who was always successful, who had faced off against so many threats, suffered so much at powers that he was born with, had just failed. All his hard work keeping the world safe, training his powers, keeping his emotions under control, was all for nothing.
His heart dropped.
Redo. He had to redo it.

Summary
Kou was alive, made of flesh and bone and rushing blood. He wasn’t going to fade away in his arms, fluttering like so much smoke, that broken smile on his face—
“Nii-san, you’re crushing me.”
Or: They have successfully returned to the old timeline and everything is so very much okay, or at least, it will be, if Teru has anything to do with it.
Kou would just like to know why his brother is sticking talismans in the oven.

Summary
“Shut up,” Kou says hoarsely, putting up a finger. “Seriously, shut the fuck up. What are you doing here?”
Mitsuba giggles and leans in closer, hands folded behind his back. "I wanted to know why you weren't in school,” he admits. “Daikon told me it “wasn't my business” or whatever, as if I'm not School Mystery Number Three and everything's my business. I tried spying on your brother, too, but he just stopped whatever he was saying and stared directly at the mirror I was in like he somehow knew I was in there.” He shudders. “It was so terrifying that I didn't try it again.”
Kou snorts. “That sounds like Teru, alright. So the natural next step was to come to my house?”
“Duh,” Mitsuba says, eyes widening slightly with realization. “God, you're sick, aren't you? Why couldn't Daikon just tell me that? Unless… Kou, are you on your deathbed right now?”

Mitsuba comes to visit Kou when he's unwell, not knowing that there's more to Kou's sickness than meets the eye.Series

Summary
There was a splash as Aoi lurched forward, his free arm wrapping around Teru’s neck.
It took a moment for Teru’s slowing mind to process the hug.
He’d really wanted a hug.
(Or: Left amongst dead bodies, Teru and Akane find comfort in each other, waiting for the world to revert to the one they knew-- the one where their loved ones were alive.)

Summary
It starts small. Little things. The wrong pizza order. A miscommunication over air hockey.
Then it becomes more and more obvious.
Leo's brothers don't trust him at all.
