The problem, is that the longer Andy stays, the harder it becomes to tell whether she wants to win this game or let Miranda ruin her all over again.

Forks was supposed to be an opportunity to mend my broken relationship with my father while I finished out my last two years of high school. Instead, I found myself collecting unanswered questions and unwanted attention, most of it from the town’s most irritatingly beautiful rich boy. I know that getting in deeper is a bad idea. He's warned me enough times. But curiosity has teeth, and I’ve never been good at leaving a story unfinished.
A canon rewrite with a more realistic Bella, slower burn, healthier friction, and a much-deserved shift in attitude toward Sheriff Swan.
