Snow falls over Kamigoe City as the end of the year approaches. Momo and Okarun have been in a steady relationship for months, Rin and Zuma get into a petty argument over whether vampires or werewolves are cooler, and Vamola begins to wonder what it'd be like to fall in love.
Life is bliss! No paranormal threats have attacked them for months, there's been no drama amongst the group, everything is going just smoothly.
Until they run into an angsty teen with yokai powers seemingly hellbent on slaughtering anyone in his path.
Oh, and there's a legion of space parasites trying to conquer the Earth.

After the unexpected assault from both the Marines and Emperor Blackbeard, it became disturbingly obvious to Boa Hancock that Amazon Lily would no longer be safe while she was around. She and the Kuja Pirates set sail for the New World, hoping to find Luffy and gain protection under his flag.
She knew the New World was a dangerous place, filled with giant monsters, vicious pirates, and monstrous weather. What she never expected, however, was to run into a man who's obsession for Luffy potentially rivaled even hers.

Summary

A year has passed since the Phantom Thieves struck down a god and saved Tokyo from a terrible fate. But when people all over the globe begin to suffer from "Paranoia Syndrome," mysterious seizures which leave them contorted and unconscious, Akira Kurusu finds himself in the Velvet Room once more, demanding answers for the affliction. His investigation leads him to the Dead Sea, the rotted remnants of the cognitive world, where all things go to be forgotten - including someone the Thieves had thought to be long gone.
Meanwhile, Akira's comatose body is found in the waking world, and his terrified friends suspect the worst. Akira's confidants struggle to learn the truth behind Paranoia Syndrome, while he and Goro Akechi approach a fated confrontation in the decaying shell of the cognitive Tokyo. As the sickness continues to spread, the Phantom Thieves must reunite and destroy the evil festering beneath the Dead Sea's waters, before its malignant influence unravels civilization forever.

TLDR; BadEnding!Sunny goes to OMARI Alternate Universe
After SUNNY jumps off the roof of the hospital building, he wakes up back in the past on the day of the incident. Not wanting to repeat the same mistake he did last time, he manages to save MARI and change everything, going into a coma for six years. MARI blames herself and becomes a reclusive shut-in with her own mental trauma of the event. Eventually, SUNNY wakes up to find himself in a different reality than the one he's familiar with, and will have to deal with a sister who's still alive but dealing with her own guilt and suffering from the incident that ruined both of their lives.
Friends are similar, with minor differences. BASIL seems much healthier in this reality, but is he really?
Once everything is over, will SUNNY find the strength to forgive himself for the sins he committed in the previous reality.
