Summary
“Colonel Vargas,” Rodolfo controlled his voice to sound as indifferent as possible. “I suggest you not to do this here.”
“Ten years.” He growled. “Ten fucking years, hijo de puta. You left me, you’re working for some fucking gringos now, and that’s the first thing you say to me.”
Shadow Company Rodolfo Parra AU, where Rodolfo left Alejandro 10 years ago and joined Shadow Company, only to meet him again in Las Almas.

Collection of short alerudy fics.
"You scared the hell out of the rookie this morning, you know."
Alejandro grabbed Rodolfo's chin, lifting up so Rodolfo could meet his eyes. Rodolfo's hand stayed on his gun. "When someone says 'how are you,' normal people go 'good, and you?' not staring them for a solid minute and go 'what do you think?'. Poor kid might have pissed his pants."
Rodolfo glared at Alejandro. His youthful face was almost rebellious, controlled annoyance showing on his impression. "I’m not normal people.” He finally spat. “You never told me to be one.”

“Let me explain to you since you look pretty tied up like this and I’m feeling generous.” ‘Sal’ got closer, petting his cheek. Rodolfo felt his stomach churn, disgusted.
“You’re a… how to put it? PR material for our new recruits. You see, since El Sin Nombre is out of town, the rumor is spreading like a wildfire that the cartel's finished. We need strong proof that we are the one who rules Las Almas to instill loyalty to our guys. You’ll stay here– broken and helpless and drugged like this,”
Sal grabbed his face, brutally hard. Rodolfo groaned, opened his eyes wide to find out that Sal was smiling like a madman who had found his favorite toy.
“And give them belief. That we can break Los Vaqueros. We can break the SIC of Alejandro Vargas. Thus, we can break anyone.”
Rodolfo knew he would not get out of this one unharmed.
“So congratulations, Rudy. Moving up in the world as our new PR model, no?”
But he was not sure if he would get out of this as the same person.

Summary
“So how many times?”
The pub was loud; a local hole-in-the-wall definitely not designed to hold this many people in it, especially when the people were military. Rodolfo was using most of his energy (whatever’s left, that is) to filter out needless noise, and maybe that’s why he couldn’t register a word of the Lieutenant. He knew the guy from an old training more than 10 years ago — he signed up for MSF with Rodolfo and many others but never passed. He vaguely remembered the guy’s name, starting with M, so he silenced the urge to call the man Mamón and instead settled with Miguel. Miguel had been loud, cocky, and showed off his sadistic trait to his colleagues — Rodolfo wanted nothing to do with this kind of man. But Miguel was staring at him like Rodolfo owed him a proper explanation, and since Rodolfo was suffering from a symptom of lack of giving a fuck, he lifted his face from the drink, blinked, and stared back.
“What’s that?”
“I said, how many times did you have to suck Vargas’ cock to get up there.”

Summary
Rodolfo is a wolf shifter, and his behavior reflected that. Alejandro was used to this. Used to the sounds of howling, snarling, and growling in the field. Of violent garbles and shrieks of pure fear dying with wet chokes. Of seeing bodies torn apart raw. He's familiar with the sight of a massive wolf awaiting him at the end of many missions, painted in blood. The sight of him slowly stalking towards him and tranforming violently into a human, confidently walking towards him and unashamed of his nudity.
Alejandro was a violent man. None of it phased him. He grew up with Rudy.
What phased him was how the other man curled into him, pressing his face into his neck, carrying his canine instincts into human form. Biting and licking his sensitive skin along his jaw, whispering to him about scenting, claims, and packs. The submission so freely offered by such a powerful man. The way he look at him with pure devotion and loyalty, following his calls and lead as if Alejandro was the force to be reckoned with. No, Alejandro could never get used to the heady feeling of that gaze. He loved the man, and his lust mixed into it all. He craved to pull on the collar the man wore for only him. After all, he was only human.

Summary
Being a hero with no superpowers kind of sucks. Clint Barton feels out of place in the Avenger Tower; Hawkeye feels out of place in his Brooklyn apartment. It's not hell though. He's got friends on both sides of his life, and he never gets bored. Still – there's this deep loneliness inside him that nothing can seem to cure.
After the whole Loki business, both sides of Clint feel a little out of step, and he tries to avoid aliens and giant monsters and world crisis in a whole. Problem is, he's not the only one to exist on several scales.
And who better than Bruce Banner to teach someone about dual nature.
