So when Chuuya received word of a powerful gang in England that's apparently been trying to get into Yokohaman business for the last...decade? Claim they know Dazai, he couldn't help but "begrudgingly" arrange for them to come to headquarters for a meeting for political purposes only. ....not because he wanted his boss to cheer up. -....maybe reward him? Or go out drinking with him...? Wait-what was Chuuya thinking!
