Summary
In the years after the Battle of Hogwarts many of its young heroes have found success, but others have been left feeling lost. Neville Longbottom and Hannah Abbott fall into the latter category. Neville was on track with the Aurors, until he quit for reasons that no one can quite grasp. Hannah basically disappeared after the war, but has popped back up working at the Leaky Cauldron of all places. This is the story of how these two find their way back into each other's lives and end up falling in love...eventually. Lots of other characters appear as side characters throughout. Rating might go up with later chapters.
This fic, while not centered on them, also shows a lot of Harry and Ginny's relationship and is currently leading up to their wedding!

Summary
The first time that Teddy remembers it happening was when he was five. Harry and Ginny had taken him down to the pond at the Burrow. There were ducks in the water, and in his excitement, he'd metamorphized his mouth and nose into a bill. When he turned to Ginny, expecting her to laugh, she just had that look on her face. That delight mixed with endless sadness that would haunt him from then on.
A really quick one-shot about Teddy Lupin throughout childhood.

He should be happier that the woman he loves is quick to accept his proposal. Except maybe it's too quick. And she just says, "all right". And she calls it sensible.
aka Jaime and Brienne get married to keep the friendship alive, and Jaime pines for his literal wife.

She’s always known that her mother has two swords.
She asks the castellan one afternoon why knights have more than one sword. He tells her that not all knights carry two swords – he says it’s personal choice, one to be weighed between the advantages of having a second sword as backup should the first be taken from you, and the risk that someone might steal the second sword and use it against you.
“Why do you ask, my lady?” he asks, raising an eyebrow.
“Mother has two swords, Ser,” she says softly, “the one she wears on her hip, and the one she keeps in her room.”
His face clouds then, but he quickly recovers. “Ah, my lady, that is something different."
