Due to the casualties during the Second Wizarding War and the slow return to everyday life, the Ministry of Magic has recorded a decline of births over the last five years. Marriage rates are down and the number of incoming students to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry are at an all time low. This has lead to the newest degree by the Ministry.
All wizards and witches between the ages of 17 and 50 are hereby subject to the Population Revivalist Act, which in turn, will save our way of life. Without children being born into Wizarding Families, the Wizarding population will die out. It is the duty of those at child bearing age to aid in the repopulation efforts to restore life as we knew it before the Second War.
