Tommy is dead... killed and beat-up by Dream. he was never coming back and Tubbo blames himself for the death of his best friend/Brother. he should've done more, done better, protected him better, or just died in exchange for his life.
"its hot" Tubbo mumbled. 'ahh, I'm running a fever...' the boy thought feeling his rising temperature and dizzy head. but its strange... he felt more heat coming from his chest than any other part of his body.
"it hurts..." its getting harder to breath. his chest is very tight, suffocating him. getting teary eyed, the heat was burning his inside. it was just to HOT!
*shaky breathes* p-please... somebody.
"I, Martha the mystic greet our star." a Woman appeared out of thin air. a wave of magic radiated from her and the heat in Tubbo's body felt more bearable, now the heat circulated throughout all of his body so its bearable but still painful.
"who are you?." the boy asked weakly.
"I am your family Tubbo. And I've come to help you in your incarnation awakening" she said
"I'm hear to take you home. in Mianite"
'Mianite... I think I remember that place... wait. no.. no, no! I can't leave the this realm yet!'

tommy henley is a storm. he's angry and aggressive, and loud and mean. that is, on the outside. phil watson has fostered and adopted two children before. he wasn't dumb.
he could tell when a child was mad because the world was mean to him. when they were angry because the universe didn't seem to understand that he was just a kid doing his best. he can put up with a tantrum. he had two teenage boys. tommy being three.
it wont be an easy endeavour. there'll be yelling. there'll be crying. panic attacks. tantrums. phil is determined to help tommy see that he isnt a storm. he's just a kid. a kid who has to deal with too much at too young an age.
phil watson would be trying to do the seemingly impossible. pleasing this storm.
