Summary
In which Ajax falls into the Abyss for three years instead of months. It spits him back out differently, with a taint in his heart and more battle experience than any mortal since the archon war. That’s the thing about the Abyss; it takes something from you when you enter.
And when you leave?
It gives something back.
Or:
Everything you need to know about entering, living in and escaping the Abyss. Also includes how to make yourself a wanted criminal in your home country, how to take care of your family while running from said country, how to snag yourself a foreign archon for a husband, and more.
Note: Do not attempt at home.

Summary
He hears thunder. Perhaps it is the mother goddess, come to punish him for his misuse of his blessing. But no, it is the audience, those who bet on the “good looking piece of meat” happy that their investment paid off. He is sick, sick from what he’s done, sick from the way they cheer for him, sick from the way they scream “Signonian” instead of his name.
He does not vomit. He does not shout at them. He does not ask them how they can watch such callousness with smiles on their faces.
Instead, he whispers to himself, “All or nothing,” and takes a bow.

Summary
“Who are you?” he asks, when the blooming horizon beyond the zenith isn’t enough of an answer, when slender hands and navy uniforms and a glimpse of gold skin dwindle down into the empty street, chipped paint on bikes and the open town ahead.
The boy sighs, breath mingling with shimmering wisteria and veils of amber seeping into the concrete beneath his feet.
“Took you long enough, Fushiguro,” he says, tilts his head back and stretches, bathed in sun rays and magenta hues lingering around a voice that is enough to make his knees buckle.
But he doesn’t, and he won’t.
(Alternatively: Beyond the world of his imagination, Itadori Yuuji never existed in the first place.)
