Summary
Three years after the events at Ultima Thule the world finds itself plunged into chaos and war. The Warrior of Light finds herself unable to pick a side, as it is all wrong and is therefore branded a traitor by everyone. Still holding out hope, she continues to do her best to help those in need while being on the run. In the blink of an eye seven years pass and things have only gotten worse. In a final attempt to save the world, she sends Azem's crystal through time and space, hoping that these memories of a dark future can change the course of history and bring back paradise.

Phainon snarls, pushing against the crushing weight pinning him to the desk — the edge of it biting into his stomach, a cruel reminder of the mistake he’s made.
“Answer me, boy.”
“Fuck you.”
A low chuckle follows, soft and almost amused. There’s a danger in it, one that rolls through Nanook’s chest and bleeds into the air between them. Heavy. Inevitable.
Lips brush his ear in a mockery of intimacy.
“This is my fault,” Nanook whispers, breath landing hot against his skin, “I gave you too much freedom.”
Phainon stills beneath him, jaw clenched, muscles screaming.
“I will take responsibility for your arrogance, Phainon, and teach you what it means to overstep.”
Nanook breaks Phainon apart, then puts him back together. Again, and again, and again.
