Summary
It'd been a really long time since Aziraphale had last stepped in his childhood town of Tadfield. He expected everything to be exactly how he'd left it, but of course some things are bound to be different.
Somehow, he hadn't expected to see Crowley again. -

Summary
Aziraphale and Crowley find out about the news while resting together. There are 8 billion people on Earth, now.
---
He was lost in the words, and yet the hum Crowley let out was enough to pull him away from his reading.
He looked down, finding Crowley frowning in concentration.
“What is it, dear?”
Crowley shook his head and, somehow, scrolled even faster as he squinted. “Hold on, gotta see if this is true... huh.” He came to a halt. -

It's November, 1862, and a doctor who never believed in the occult gets a call to check up on a man found unconscious in his bed. Or at least, it looked like one.
Let's just say he now believes in the occult. -

Summary
There's a tune in Crowley's head that he can't place and it just won't leave him alone.
---
The best part was that for once, his plans didn’t come to bite him in the arse. Consider it the luck of the devil, consider it a miracle, but he was fully immune to earworms.
So when he woke up one day with a song fully formed inside his mind that he couldn’t remember ever hearing, he was confused.

Summary
Aziraphale and Crowley get ready for an evening seeing a ballet. The Nutcracker.
---
Once finished with his bowtie, he turned around to be interrupted by Crowley lightly chuckling at the sight. And how could he not? The picture Aziraphale made, looking like that, was simply perfect.
“What is it?” Aziraphale raised an eyebrow at the demon, scrutinising him.
“Nothing, nothing.” He shook his head, still smiling. “You just… you look straight from the show right now, is all.”

Summary
Crowley ignored how his back hurt and went to tend to his plants. It went as well as one would expect.
---
“Are you all right, Crowley?” He was standing close now, hands hovering, not knowing where it’d be safe to touch. “What happened?”
“‘M ‘n idiot,” he muttered, head low.
“No, you’re not.” He opted for gently holding the sides of his torso. “What happened?”
“Back hurts.”
He clicked his tongue with a grimace. “Thought so.”Series

Summary
Crowley wanted to do something nice for Aziraphale. So there he was, baking. There was no way anything could possibly go wrong!
---
It had been surprisingly easy, preparing the lemon pie. Now all he had to do was wait for the filling to bake and meringue to brown. He rested his hands on his hips and grinned at the oven, pride washing over him. It even looked good, if he did say so himself. He made sure it was perfect and nothing was going to ruin it now.

Summary
One year after they got together, they finally go on their long-awaited picnic. It had to be perfect.
Crowley had a plan, after all.---
The movement caught Aziraphale’s gaze and he tilted his head in interest, locking eyes with him.
“It’s um… a present. Anniversary present.”Series

Aziraphale wakes up early to be met with a sleepy Crowley.
---
“‘Nnng’l,” Crowley’s sleepy voice called again, still as incoherent yet the message was clear.
“Shhh,” Aziraphale soothed, “go back to sleep, my dear.”Series

Summary
Aziraphale had been noting a change recently, in how Crowley treated his plants. A good change. Crowley never failed to keep surprising him.
It was time for him to surprise him back.---
Soon enough, his yelling to the other newer plants decreased, turning into scowls, into mutterings… And the same was also the case with his older plants.
At some point, Aziraphale arrived home and found him looking at a few dead leaves in a plant, but instead of scowling, instead of threatening it, he crouched down to get his gardening scissors and cut the leaves that would just weaken the plant going forward.Series

Aziraphale and Crowley star-gaze outside their cottage and have conversations about the stars. What more is there to say?
---
A slight upwards tilt to his lips came back as he spoke, “I once tried to name one of them ‘Burn Hazard Do Not Touch’ but my supervisors didn't have as great a sense of humour as me.”
Aziraphale couldn't help but smile. “Oh dear.”
“Mneh, it was fine.” He waved his hand vaguely in the air. “I mean, in the moment, of course.”Series

Summary
There was something about seeing the portraits Leonardo had made of them for the anniversary of the Arrangement so long ago finally come together, in the house they now shared.
It was perfect.---
“Well,” Aziraphale started, picking up the conversation he thought had finished, “if I remember correctly, it was me who pointed out it was almost the 500th anniversary of the Arrangement, but I hadn’t meant anything by it, just an observation. But you…” Here he extracted one of his hands from Crowley’s grip and poked at his chest. “Thought it would be an excellent idea to do something special.”

Summary
Aziraphale and Crowley are finally going to move out. Crowley had already finished packing, but something told him Aziraphale was nowhere near done and wouldn't be unless he showed up. Good intuition.
---
That’s how he found himself parked in front of Aziraphale’s bookshop —the bookshop that had become as much of a home to Crowley as it was to Aziraphale— and sauntered in.
And stumbled on a box filled to the brim with books.
He barely caught himself before he could faceplant on the floor.Series

Summary
They were dating now. They'd been dating for a month now, and Crowley decides asking the angel for a dance wouldn't do any harm.
It did the opposite of that.---
Probably realising Crowley wasn’t going to say anything if he didn’t, Aziraphale spoke first, with no small amount of annoyance. “Well, hello, Crowley. To what do I owe the pleasure of your company?”
Crowley ignored his question and went for it. “Aziraphale.” He tore his sunglasses off and extended a hand gallantly (or at least, that’s the effect he hoped would come through). “May I tempt you to a dance?”Series

Summary
A month after the Apocalypse, Aziraphale and Crowley celebrate in the bookshop with a good bottle of wine. Until Crowley fell asleep. Aziraphale wouldn't let that stand.
---
“Crowleyyy wake up,” he drawled, looking directly at Crowley's face. He gently nudged his body with his hands. When that didn't work, he nunged him more forcefully.
“Wh– ah!” Crowley scrambled to cover his eyes. “Warn a guy beforehand, angel! It's too bright!”

Summary
A celebratory lunch, and then dinner, at the Ritz, and a conversation on the gaudiness of Crowley's statue while drunk and giddy. What more is there to say?
---
The end of the world had successfully been thwarted, and the two of them had managed to avoid both of their extinctions to top it all off, finally free to do whatever they felt like. Overall, a whopping victory deserving of celebration at a high-ranking restaurant such as the Ritz.
And while humans would normally have to book a table many months in advance to land a meal in that restaurant, there were advantages to not being human.Series

Summary
The year was 1999 and a new millennium was soon to come (at least, in the current way of counting years). It wouldn't be the first, nor second, nor third millennium they'd been on Earth —far from it, in fact— but somehow, it felt different. Crowley annoyed Aziraphale into spending New Year's Eve together, but perhaps he had been right into doing so. They were just two more people in the masses, lost to everyone else but themselves.
---
They didn’t arrange a time to meet. All they had said was “before midnight”. Still, Aziraphale had hoped the demon would have shown up by then, even with his tendencies of being ‘fashionably late’ to things —though not when it was with Aziraphale; never when it was with Aziraphale—. It was already 11:30 and he was starting to fret. The crowd was already much bigger than he had anticipated and still no sight of the other. He wasn’t sure how Crowley would even get to him, if he even found him among the humans.

Summary
Aziraphale is bored in Japan, so he decides to retrieve some jewellery from some vicious pirates! ...He didn't exactly get the adventure he was hoping for.
---
He needed something else to do. Something new to distract himself with and rid himself of those thoughts. An adventure.
It was only natural, then, that when one of his human acquaintances mentioned some pirates stealing precious jewels belonging to their late grandmother, that he would want to go retrieve them himself.Series
