This fic might not make sense to people who have never experienced corn mazes or Autumn fairgrounds at apple/pumpkin orchards. It's a very Midwestern American experience, I think.

"What the fuck was that?" Reyes says, and his voice is a hell of a lot softer than Jesse had expected it would be. It was weird, and vaguely bad, but not bad at the same time.
