“So, you can replace it,” Shane replied patiently.
“I will be too busy to replace the hot tub. Then I will have a long day, and I will decide to have a soak in my rancid hot tub, and then I will catch diphtheria and die.” Rozanov looked at Shane, accusatory. “You want me to die?”
Shane looked down. The hot tub looked no more or less rancid than any other hot tub. “I don’t think you can get diphtheria from a dirty hot tub.”
“You are doctor now?” Rozanov asked, and Shane stayed silent.

Summary
When mysterious Asgardian supplies begin appearing on the lawn of the Avengers Compound, Tony Stark assumes Thor has found a particularly inconvenient way to avoid using his phone. Then the Statesman reaches Earth before Thanos can find it, Asgard has fallen, and Tony suddenly has three thousand refugees on his lawn, three Infinity Stones to conceal, one divided team, and an alien invasion to prevent. With Thor trying to become the king his people need and Loki offering the warning no one else can give, the survivors of two broken homes must build something new before Thanos discovers where they are.
Fortunately, Tony has always been better at building than surrendering.

Three months after his existence was erased, Peter Parker was not doing so well. His solace came from knowing that at the very least he had managed to save his city in the end.
Apparently, though, Peter realized as Doctor Strange explained to him that he had to give up even more, losing everything-and-then-some just wasn't enough.
OR
The multiverse continues to collapse in on itself. Doctor Strange discovers the source of the problem as Peter Parker. The only viable solution is to remove Peter from his original universe so that no more entities will be drawn to his presence there.
Peter is sent to a world that lost its Peter Parker, and finds himself lost in a sea of people he'd grieved who had all grieved him in kind.
