An and Kohane happily sung together like there's no tomorrow, Tatsuya and his group continued chatting and complaining about college and Arata joyfully teased Kotarou whenever his voice cracks, all while Ken is looking fondly over them. A week ago, Toya remembered smiling and laughing together as he sang songs, glancing over to Akito, his best friend, his partner, his world.

After several months of being fostered and thrown back into the system, Rin has started to lose hope of getting a happy and warm family that she'd wanted for her and her brother.
In spite of her violent records and how "difficult" both twins are to raise, another family has offered to foster them.
Deciding to take one last chance, Rin and Len are now on a car ride to their next foster home, not knowing a huge change will occur in their life.

“…When I was walking home,” he starts, and his voice cracks so stupidly and yet Toya just looks at him with gentle curiosity. He takes a breath, “I got the pancakes. And some fuckin’ kid came up to me, and…” his voice wobbles, “said I shouldn’t have it, ‘cause I’m fat.”
Toya visibly winces at the word, expression crumbling after a moment of processing. Akito can’t help feeling guilty– he causes problems no matter what, doesn’t he? His gaze falls to the floor, waiting for his partner to formulate whatever his response will be.
A moment passes. Another, and there’s a soft, gentle, “Oh, Akito…”
