Summary
This takes place in between the end of Ice Chapter and Prime Empire (Seasons 11-12) after Zane is no longer the Ice Emperor. He is still quite violent, adjusting to everything that has happened to him. The loss of Vex still taunts Zane and therefore doesn't know how to adjust without being harmful to everyone around him: Including P.I.X.E.L. Now she doesn't feel the love between them anymore and has felt a warm feeling around Nya for quite some time. This fic is about P.I.X.E.L's pain and adjustment towards Zane.

The Ninja decide instead of slacking off after defeating the crystal king, harumi and their crystal council, they would go find an adventure to do.
Their journey is long, but enjoyable for the most part. The ninja bicker all the time, and there’s never any time where someone isn’t shouting at the another.
It’s rather calming actually. No one to fight, but instead bonding and getting closer with eachother.
At least it seems that way.
Or: The ninja have nothing to do after the overlord was defeated again, and decide to take an adventure.

Summary
P.I.X.A.L.'s not sure when she fell back into that comforting desire. It was a part of her. Like Zane's purpose to protect, she was made to be useful, to assist. It was in her name, sandwiched between 'external' and 'lifeform'.
It drove her, made her aim for higher and greater. For years, she felt she had made it. She was in the perfect place, giving all that she needed and stealing moments for herself. But now the mould cut for her was too big and she was desperately trying to fill the gaps.
If she wasn't useful, then she was useless. Useless robots didn't survive.
