The life of a sidekick isn’t glamorous. It’s being a henchman minus the law-breaking. Heroes get the glory, and villains can do whatever they want. Sidekicks are merely tools that are sometimes mentioned.
Tommy Innit, Tubbo Underscore, Ranboo Beloved, and Purpled (no-last-name-given) have the worst luck. The heroes they work under aren’t the best…. In the sense that they are physically and emotionally abused by the “good guys”.
When these four have a chance encounter at a cafe, they get an outlet for their messed up lives. Even better, they get adopted! Sort of! Not without loud complaining (Tommy-)- Language:

Since Tommy encountered Wilbur his whole world tilted a little bit to the left. Not that anyone else would notice. Not that anyone would care to notice. And when worries turn into sleepless nights and strange emptiness crushes his insides, the only one who he can turn to is his enemy.
Purpled's life was always planned for him. He never wanted anything else, just to follow that path. But as he walks that path further, he realises that the world might not be how he thought it was. Soon, a search for a mysterious traitor brings him to reconsider his future.

purpled frowned, glancing at tommy, who was a bit too close for comfort. purpled just wanted to catch his bus to school. "arent you the kid next door that kept staring at me through your window?"
"what?! no im not-"
purpled rolled his eyes, walking up to the bus, which stopped there at the perfect time.
"wait!" tommy stared at purpled leaving for a second before going to rush up to the bus then - fuck. the doorsclosed and the bus already left.
god fucking damnit. how did tommy even miss the bus he was right there??

purpled is new and town, and lucky him he lives rght beside tommy. hes a bit lonely, and his brother doesnt pay much attention to him but, he didnt care. kinda.
both are mentally ill and tommys annoying; a friendship is born.
