Summary
Gavin Reed is going to kill himself.
Or, he was going to — and he still is, just not now. Thanks to the android that's just been assigned as his partner, his evening plans have been cancelled. After all, he doesn't want to look like the guy who hated androids so much that he topped himself, now does he?
Gavin will give it six months, and then he'll do the deed. He swears.

Dean is a witch who never has an easy time being subtle about his magic. After yet another incident of him almost exposing everything to the clueless public he finds himself reprimanded by his coven and swears to do better in the future.
Only to end up breaking into the coven's library that very same night, absolutely wasted, with his vampire best friend in tow, in a weak attempt to somehow turn his life around. The sole thing he accomplishes in his inebriated state, though, is to mix up some spells and accidentally summon an actual angel of the Lord, without any idea how to send him back again.
Great.
So now Dean doesn't only have to deal with a very disgruntled heavenly creature but also needs to keep this all a secret from his family and the coven.
And what cover would be more effective than telling everybody that the weird, blue-eyed guy who suddenly popped up in his life is his new boyfriend?
What could possibly go wrong?

“I think,” Cas grits out, “that the spell requires me to say the truth. I’ve been trying to suppress it with my grace, but it’s… not working.”
“Got it,” Dean says, nodding, because he can work with this. “Yeah. Sure. So give me some truths. Some stupid little ones.”
Cas narrows his eyes. “Such as?”
“Like, I dunno, what’s your favorite color?”
Cas’s face somehow goes stonier. “Green,” he ekes out.
Dean clears his throat. Blinks a few times. “Oh.”
________Or: when Dean and Cas investigate a group of high school students getting mysteriously ill, Cas gets hit with a truth spell.

Summary
When Jaskier is abducted from the merchant vessel he'd chartered to take him to his first semester at Oxenfurt Academy, taken by pirates of the cruelest nature, he was sure things couldn't possibly get any worse.
Three and a half months later, when he's abducted from that pirate ship by another group of pirates, he realizes just how wrong he was about things not being able to get worse.
Because these second pirates are witchers—part of the notoriously deadly crew led by the Butcher of Blaviken. But witchers or not, Jaskier is determined to survive. He's destined for a future as a Bard of incredible fame and renown, after all. No matter what new horrors they throw at him, he won't go down easy.

I was inspired by The Wild Waves, by phiaura.
I was like, hot damn I love this story. And then I got inspired to do something similar, but with more angst, and things just kinda spiraled from there. -

“So when you cast the spell, all I’ll need to do is pick a memory with Foggy as a starting point?”
“Not quite,” said Stephen. He ran his fingers over the spellbook pages, and took a deep breath. “You’ll need to pick a moment when you were with him right before he died—same day will work. And then, from there, I believe it becomes a bit like the myth of Orpheus and Eurydice.”
Murdock frowned. “How so.”
“Well,” said Stephen. “According to the spell, ahem, ‘the most powerful love is blind. It is that which is reciprocated no matter the burdens that may accompany it. The beloved whom is sought must accept the spell subject’s affections despite these burdens presented. And the hero must trust blindly that their beloved does indeed accept them even as they cannot know for certain.”
Murdock’s lip curled up. “Well. Luckily, I am blind,” he said.
