Summary
Aonung’s parents had officially divorced years ago. Now that his father had remarried, Aonung was forced to move in with his mother and his little sister — a girl he was no longer close to like they had been when they were kids.
The night before school started, he went to a party at his new friend’s house. Rotxo kept saying life here wasn’t so bad.
Aonung didn’t know anyone. As he stood awkwardly in the crowded room, his eyes accidentally landed on a boy with long hair and a decent-looking face. The boy was lost in the moment, high. He was kissing a girl passionately while she clung to him.
Suddenly, the boy noticed Aonung staring. He pulled away slightly and flashed a small, knowing smile.

Summary
Oh, Ma’Eywa…what did they do to you?” The creature called out sadly, water blowing out from the top of their head as it shook back and forth, backing away as Neteyam shushed it, hands stretched out needlessly. “Hey, hey, it’s okay. I won’t hurt you, I promise.”
The creature backed up more, sliding further into the water to reveal the top of its head, something light blue in color finally being revealed to Neteyam, his eyes widening as he locked onto the still body of a Na’vi with wounds littering their body.
Neteyam ran into the sea, brushing a hand over the creature's roughened skin as a warning before bracing and jumping up, kneeling by the foreign Na’vi and sighing with relief when he could hear their breaths, slow and rough though they may be.

Summary
I made a promise to distance myself…
Aonung loved Neteyam.
And that was the problem.
Because even after everything—after the awkward silence, the half-finished sentences, the way their hands stopped reaching for each other—Aonung still wanted him.
Still ached for him in a way that felt humiliating, raw, impossible to outgrow.Sometimes, after a long shift, he’d come home and hesitate at the door.
Just for a second.
Just enough for his stupid, hopeful brain to whisper that maybe—maybe—Neteyam would be there. Waiting.
Like nothing had changed. He never was.
So Aonung made a promise.
Distance. Total, suffocating distance.

Summary
He can't imagine how they must be looking at him right now. He doesn't want to. Then he imagines his father, tall and mighty, composed and carrying himself with years of wisdom, the memories of the sunset colored scales of his cape briefly contouring in his mind. Ao'nung even may have never seen his face, and that could be true when he doesn't remember, but he knew he did, like every child gazing upon their guardian with wonder, for some reason though, this memory he can't recall. His father is a man only existing below the chest.
Frustration explodes in his chest, ivying through his spine, he wants to break something. Desperately.
/on a fateful thunderous day, lightning blinded Ao'nung when he was only cornering the brief age of five, he doesn't have much memory to recall as he grows, and with each sharper picture that his mind makes fade, he keeps losing himself. He's been fighting to prove he's not a case of ruin which he himself isn't that sure of —understanding comes though, when he comes across a na'vi, similiar to him, only with a starshaped dent, almost a hole across his chest with pain phantoming his every breath.
For the first time since being blind, Ao'nung learns to see.Bookmarked by Coco155

For months, something unspoken had been growing between them — stolen glances that lingered a little too long, hands brushing during lessons and the not pulling away, right away. What had started as teasing and tension had slowly turned into something deeper, more complicated.
But the feeling was there. Steady. Certain. The kind of affection that didn’t need words to prove it existed.Or basically Neteyam’s reaction to Ao’nung’s new markings

Summary
Ao’nung tries not to think about too much of anything in his life; he hangs out with Rotxo, goes to school, goes to work, and occasionally gets hit over the head with fine china.
He doesn't blame his mom, no more than you blame a predator for hunting prey. This is the nature of her, some days at least.
This is his routine until he gets into an argument with a little shithead named Lo’ak, which, by extension, means invoking the wrath of his older brother Neteyam.
