Victor turned back to him, supernova smile in place once more. “I really, really like you. Promise you’ll still dance with me at the banquet if you take gold this time around.”
Yuuri stared at the man. He looked at their entwined hands—he hadn’t wanted to pull away—and their thighs, pressed together despite there being plenty of room in the backseat of the cab. That scent of Victor’s cologne—just a dab, lightly applied somewhere on his neck—swirled around him. This was too real to be a dream, too physical for him to have imagined it.
“I’m sorry,” Yuuri said slowly. “But…have we talked before?”

Summary

He spotted his husband, standing motionless by the window, and a spark of guilt ran up his spine, chasing any trace of sleep left in his mind. He quietly stood up and approached Victor, glancing above his shoulder down the street.
“Vitya?” he called again, making his voice as soft as he could. “What’s happening?”-
For months, something has been happening with Yuuri. Neither him nor Victor can really explain it, but it doesn't feel like it's just a disease. And it's breaking them apart.

Billy showing up was shitty icing on the already shitty cake.
Steve hadn't been too bothered by it until Billy had caught sight of the kids in the window and any illusion he'd had of quickly getting rid of the man went straight out the window, pun intended.
He'd expected a fight, for it to get bad.
What he's not expecting is to get a hard shove onto Billy, sending him careening backwards right into the Byers fridge.
Unfortunately the heat of the moment causes Steve to be on a one-track mind, total tunnel vision as he belatedly realizes something incredibly, terribly important.
It's the fridge with a dead demo-dog inside of it.
