Summary
Love is a funny thing. Love is butterflies fluttering around in your stomach, love is kisses and meaningful heartfelt confessions, love is hugs and affection, love is the warm fuzzy feeling when you're by that special someone (or someones). Love is a special, wonderful feeling.
But this wasn't love.
This was a feeling of danger, of darkness looming over a young man and engulfing him whole. This was unwanted kisses and marks left where they shouldn't have been. This was tears and agony, a terrible crushing feeling of helplessness and weakness. This was a wrong, horrible, wretched feeling Cody wish he would never have to feel. However, a purple haired girl with sparkling eyes had different plans.
